- Upload or paste a URL?
- Both work. Upload in the tool (sign in required) or paste a direct HTTPS link to the file — not a Google Drive or Dropbox share page unless it returns the raw file.
- File to Video vs URL to Video?
- File to Video is for PDF, PPT, and document files. URL to Video is for public HTML pages — product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Does this work for PowerPoint files?
- Yes — upload .ppt or .pptx (PPT) files directly, or paste a direct link to the file.
- What should I write in the prompt?
- Describe audience and tone — e.g. 15s pitch teaser, training explainer, or social ad hook. Use the quick prompt styles above the generator to start faster.
- File size and mixing inputs?
- Uploads up to 4 MB without cloud storage, up to 100 MB with R2/Kie configured. Wan accepts either a document file or a webpage link in one job — not both.
- Which Wan tier?
- Both Wan 3.0 Standard and Prime support file mode at the same credit rates — Prime targets higher-fidelity finals.
- Can I make the clip longer?
- Yes — after generation, use Video Extend to add seconds at the end, or open the clip in Studio before download.
