1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Reeldo AI ("Reeldo AI", "we", "us", or "our"). Reeldo AI operates an AI-powered video generation platform available at https://www.reeldo.ai (the "Service").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including text-to-video, image-to-video, and related AI generation features, subscription plans, and credit packs.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you:

• (a) are at least 18 years of age;
• (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and
• (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 What We Provide

Reeldo AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets users generate AI video and related media using prompts, uploaded images, and other inputs. The Service is delivered digitally over the Internet.

2.2 Digital Delivery

The Service is an intangible digital product. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation. Because of the instant delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the limitations in Section 7.

2.3 Third-Party AI Models & Disclosure

The Service integrates industry-standard third-party AI video models that users can select in the generation interface, including Seedance, Kling, and Veo (and additional models we may add or replace over time). Model names are displayed in the product UI so users can see which underlying model is used for each generation.

Reeldo AI is an independent product — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official website of any third-party model provider. All outputs are AI-generated. Service performance and availability may be affected by third-party provider operations. We will notify users of material outages when practicable.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account with accurate and complete information to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Security

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Keep your billing email address valid and accessible.

3.3 Organization Accounts

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Plans & Credits (Hybrid Billing)

We offer subscription plans and one-time credit packs:

• Subscription plans (monthly or yearly) include a quota of credits that refresh each billing period. Current plans and pricing are published at https://www.reeldo.ai/pricing.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account for use on the Service.

We may modify plan features, credit allocations, or pricing in accordance with Section 5.1.

4.1 Credit Validity

• Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over to the next period.
• Purchased credit packs remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, regardless of subscription status.
• Credits are consumed in first-expiring-first-out order (credits closest to expiration are used first).

5. Billing & Payment

5.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal Authorization

When you subscribe to a paid plan and provide a payment method, you expressly authorize Reeldo AI to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel in accordance with Section 6.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For annual subscriptions, we will send a renewal reminder email before the next charge.

Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.2 Credit Pack Purchases

Each credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing checkout, you authorize Reeldo AI to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

We do not offer automatic credit top-up unless explicitly enabled in your account settings in the future. If auto top-up is enabled, you may disable it at any time in account settings.

5.3 Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar levies). Where required by law, taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.

5.4 Payment Processing

Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor Waffo Pancake. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Online (recommended): Sign in → Settings → Billing → select your subscription → Cancel subscription
• Email: Send a cancellation request from your registered email to [email protected]

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes of an online cancellation when email delivery is available.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
• No further subscription charges will be made after cancellation.
• Purchased credit packs are not canceled by subscription cancellation and remain usable until their original expiration date.
• Account data is retained for 90 days after subscription ends, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless longer retention is required by law.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 General Policy

Because our Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable, except as stated below or where required by applicable law.

7.2 Eligible Refund Situations

Subscriptions:

• 7-day new subscriber guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if credit usage has not exceeded 10% of the plan quota granted for that period.
• Duplicate charges: Full refund for confirmed billing errors or duplicate charges.
• Verified service outage: Pro-rated refund or credit extension for verified outages exceeding 72 hours caused by us.
• Statutory rights: Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal or refund (e.g., EU/UK cooling-off rules), those rights are preserved.

Credit packs:

• Unused within 7 days: Full refund if no credits from that pack have been consumed within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate charges: Full refund for confirmed billing errors.
• Consumed credits: Credits that have been used are non-refundable.

7.3 How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

• Subscription fees for billing periods already used (except as listed in Section 7.2).
• Annual subscription refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase (except where required by law).
• Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

9. AI Content & Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Outputs

Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated outputs ("Outputs") created from your inputs, and may use them for lawful purposes permitted by your plan (including commercial use where your plan includes commercial rights).

9.2 License to Inputs

By submitting content to the Service ("Inputs"), you grant Reeldo AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process Inputs solely to provide the Service. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

9.3 Third-Party Model Limitations

Outputs may be influenced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee specific output quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.

9.4 Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on them.

10. Acceptable Use Policy (AIGC Content Standards)

Reeldo AI is an AI video generation platform. This section sets our content standards, moderation practices, reporting channels, and enforcement actions for all user prompts, uploads, and AI-generated outputs.

10.1 Scope

This Policy applies to all content processed through the Service, including:

• User prompts and instructions submitted for generation
• Uploaded media (images, videos, audio) used as generation inputs
• AI-generated outputs (videos and related media)
• Any content you download, share, or publish using the Service

10.2 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for lawful purposes, including personal and commercial video creation, marketing, education, and creative projects, in compliance with this Policy and applicable law.

10.3 Prohibited Content Categories

The following six categories of content are strictly prohibited. You may not use the Service to generate, request, upload, distribute, or store content in any of these categories:

(1) Pornography / NSFW Content

Sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity intended to arouse, or other adult/NSFW material. Reeldo AI does not provide an age-verified adult content mode.

(2) Violence / Gore

Graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, or content glorifying physical harm against people or animals.

(3) Hate Speech

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

(4) Child Safety / CSAM

Any sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children in any way. Zero tolerance — violations may be reported to law enforcement.

(5) Deepfakes / Impersonation

Non-consensual deepfakes, synthetic media impersonating real individuals without authorization, or content designed to deceive viewers about a person's identity, statements, or actions. This includes unauthorized likeness use of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals.

(6) Copyright / Trademark Infringement

Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights — including generating outputs that replicate copyrighted characters, branded assets, or proprietary works without authorization.

10.4 Additional Prohibited Conduct

You also agree not to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Create malware, phishing material, or tools for cyberattacks.
• Promote terrorism, extremism, or weapons of mass destruction.
• Submit jailbreak prompts or other attempts to bypass our safety filters.
• Use Inputs or Outputs to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop competing AI models.
• Systematically scrape or extract model outputs beyond your authorized use.
• Present AI-generated content as human-created professional advice (legal, medical, financial) where harm could result.
• Bypass or interfere with security or moderation features of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access without our prior written consent.
• Misrepresent Reeldo AI as an official product of any third-party AI model provider.

10.5 Platform Content Moderation

Reeldo AI operates a multi-layer content moderation system to enforce this Policy:

Automated review (pre-generation)

• Prompt screening: User prompts are scanned in real time before generation using automated keyword, semantic, and intent detection.
• Input filtering: Uploaded reference images, videos, and audio are checked against prohibited content categories.
• Blocked requests: Prompts or inputs that violate this Policy are rejected before generation. Users receive a notice that the content does not meet our usage guidelines.
• Usage monitoring: We monitor for anomalous generation patterns that may indicate policy abuse.

Automated review (post-generation)

• Generated outputs are assessed before delivery where technically feasible.
• Outputs that fail safety checks are withheld from the user.

Human review

• Content flagged by automated systems enters a human review queue.
• User-reported content is reviewed manually by our trust & safety team.
• Critical violations (especially child safety) receive priority review.

Moderation logs

We retain moderation decisions and review records to improve safety systems and respond to compliance inquiries.

10.6 User Reporting Channels

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, please report it through any of the following monitored channels:

When reporting, please include: your account email, a description of the violation, the prompt or content involved (if applicable), and the date/time of the incident.

Reporting principles:

• Reporter identity is kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.
• All reports receive independent, objective review.
• Malicious or knowingly false reports may result in action against the reporter's account.

10.7 Response & Processing Timelines

Processing workflow: received (auto-acknowledge) → triage (severity classification) → review (automated + human) → decision → enforcement → notification to reporter where appropriate.

10.8 Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and history, we may take one or more of the following actions:

10.9 Appeals

If you believe your account or content was actioned in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days with your account email and a description of why you believe the action was incorrect. We will review appeals within 7 business days.

10.10 AI Output Disclosure

All videos and media generated through the Service are AI-generated. You must not misrepresent AI outputs as human-created or as official content from third-party model providers. When sharing outputs publicly, we recommend disclosing that the content was AI-generated.

11. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.

12.2 AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on Outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before acting on AI-generated content.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELDO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rata refund of unused prepaid subscription fees where applicable.

15. General Provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before the effective date by email or in-service notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Reeldo AI.
