Why use MOSS-Image instead of a general image model?

  • Dense bilingual text

Long English and Chinese lines stay readable when you quote them and control line breaks.

  • Layout boxes

JSON regions for headlines, products, and footers — not guesswork in prose.

  • Same Reeldo account

Download the still or open Image to Video with your poster as the start frame.

  • 1:1English event poster with readable headline and footer text

    English event poster

    Event & social teams

    Caption1:11Kexpansion on

Gotcha: Quote every headline and footer line; use Layout mode if expansion rewrites your dates or venue name.

    Prompt template
Clean modern city night event poster, flat graphic design with deep indigo and neon magenta accents. Large bold white sans-serif headline centered near the top reads exactly: "CITY LIGHTS FESTIVAL". Directly under the headline, medium weight text reads exactly: "OCT 25 2026 · 7PM". Near the bottom, smaller text reads exactly: "RIVERSIDE AMPHITHEATER · FREE ENTRY". Soft city skyline silhouette behind the type, generous margins, print-ready layout, square 1:1
  • 3:4Bilingual menu board with Chinese lines and English footer

    Bilingual restaurant menu board

    Restaurants & local retail

    Caption3:41K

Gotcha: Insert real line breaks inside quoted menu lines — do not rely on the model to wrap long dish names.

    Prompt template
Vertical printed menu board on a warm wood wall, realistic photo, soft side light. Title at top in bold Chinese: "今日推荐". Three menu lines in clean sans-serif Chinese with prices on the right:
    "麻婆豆腐 · ¥32"
    "宫保鸡丁 · ¥38"
    "清炒时蔬 · ¥26"
Footer in small English: "Ask staff about allergens · Updated daily".
  • 3:4Vertical infographic with section headers and bullet text

    Information-dense infographic column

    Education & content marketing

    Caption3:42K

Gotcha: Prefer 2K for long bullet lists; keep section titles short so body lines stay legible.

    Prompt template
Vertical infographic on light cream paper texture, editorial design. Header: "THREE STEPS TO BETTER SLEEP". Section 1 title "Wind down" with three short bullet lines:
    "Dim lights after 9pm"
"No screens 30 minutes before bed"
"Write tomorrow's top task on paper"
Section 2 title "Cool room" with two bullets. Minimal icons beside each section, generous vertical spacing.

    Fixed-position product ad strip

    E-commerce & brand promos

    Layout job
    Steps in the generator(5)
    1. Tap Use in generator on this card — jumps to the generator and loads the product ad layout (product center + bottom promo strip).
    2. Confirm Prompt mode is Layout (amber tab), not Caption. Expand prompt must stay off.
    3. Confirm Canvas is 3:4 and 1K (1024×1360). If you changed size, tap Load product ad preset again inside Layout (JSON).
    4. Edit the form: overall scene, product description, and promo line — exact spelling for the bottom offer.
    5. Tap Generate image, then download when ready.

Gotcha: Layout + expansion off keeps the bottom promo strip anchored. Caption mode is for posters and menus, not fixed promo boxes.

    What to edit in Layout
    1) Scene summary — e.g. premium serum on a soft gradient studio background.
    2) Product (object box) — e.g. amber glass bottle with gold dropper, centered hero.
    3) Promo (text box) — exact words, e.g. 20% OFF · THIS WEEKEND ONLY
  • 9:16Phone mock with readable app title and subtitle

    App Store style phone mock

    App growth & ASO

    Caption9:161K

Gotcha: Stick to one title and one subtitle inside the screen — extra UI copy often blurs at 1K.

    Prompt template
9:16 mobile app store preview on a neutral gradient background. Centered phone mock showing a finance app UI. On-screen title text: "Track every subscription". Subtitle below: "Cancel waste in one tap". Soft shadow, product marketing style.
  • 16:9Wide knowledge card with title and fact lines

    Wide knowledge card

    Blog & slide decks

    Caption16:91K

Gotcha: Leave margin on the left for type; describe illustration on the right so text does not overlap art.

    Prompt template
16:9 knowledge card, flat illustration of a small garden on the right, white space on the left. Title in dark green serif: "Compost in 4 weeks". Two lines below in sans-serif: "Layer greens and browns evenly" and "Turn the pile every Sunday".

When to use MOSS-Image vs Qwen or Seedream

MOSS-Image wins on long bilingual text and layout JSON. Qwen wins on transparency and reference edit. Seedream wins on cinematic hero stills with less copy.

Writing text-heavy MOSS-Image prompts

MOSS-Image is trained on captions, not chat instructions. These rules match OpenMOSS guidance and what works on Reeldo.

  1. 1

    Describe the scene in English

Medium, lighting, materials, and composition first. Keep visible Chinese or English inside quotation marks.

  2. 2

Quote every line that must render

Headline, subhead, footer, and prices should appear exactly as you want them — including punctuation and currency symbols.

  3. 3

    Control line breaks

Insert real newlines or \n inside quoted blocks. Do not rely on automatic wrapping for menus or legal footers.

  4. 4

Use Layout when position must hold

Turn off prompt expansion in Layout mode. Match canvas pixels to the size you generate at.

  5. 5

Stay in the 1–2 MP sweet spot

Widths and heights must be multiples of 16. Wider SFT skies may show banding — retry or switch to a flatter background.
